Important Notes:
1) Working days include Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays.
2) All orders made before 11am on a working day will be dispatched on the same day. Thereafter, your order(s) will be dispatched next working day.
3) For Next-Day delivery, order cut off time of 11am on a working day applies. If your order was made during the weekend, do note that we will only dispatch your order on the following working day. Your order will be delivered to you the next working day after we dispatch the package.
Example #1:You placed an order at 9am on a Monday and select "Next-Day" delivery method. If Monday is a working day, we will pack and prepare your order and hand over to our logistics partner on the same Monday by noon. You can expect next day delivery on Tuesday from 10am to 10pm.
Example #2:You placed an order at 12pm on a Monday and select "Next-Day" delivery method. If Monday is a working day, we will pack and prepare your order and hand over to our logistics partner on Tuesday noon. You can expect next day delivery on Wednesday from 10am to 10pm.
Example #3:You placed an order at 3pm on Sunday and select "Next-Day" delivery method. If Monday is a working day, we will pack and prepare your order and hand over to our logistics partner by Monday noon. You can expect next day delivery on Tuesday from 10am to 10pm.
