Return Policy

No refunds or exchange due to change of mind will be entertained for all goods sold through our physical retail or online shop.

If you received a package with damaged or incorrect item(s), please email our Customer Service team at support@tagespresso.com.

All defects or wrong items must be reported within seven (7) days from receiving the package. To submit a return request, please email to support@tagespresso.com with the following details:
• Receipt/Order ID
• Purchase Date
• Store/Outlet
• Brand/Product
• Photo of defects/wrong items
Please allow 1-3 working days for us to process your return request.

Once your request has been approved, all items must be returned in its original packaging within the next seven (7) days. 

No returns or exchange will be allowed for any sale and/or promotional items. TAG ESPRESSO is not responsible and will not be liable for any exchange of goods that are damaged by misuse or improper use.

TAG ESPRESSO reserves the rights to reject any exchange requests for items that do not comply with our return/exchange policies.
